Terms of Service.
These Terms govern the ZigZag website (zigzag.onl), the ZigZag desktop application, ZigZag Discord services, and any ZigZag-issued license keys (together, the Service). By creating an account, redeeming a key, downloading, installing, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for your account, your Discord-linked identity, your license keys, your devices, and all activity under your account. Do not share cookies, session tokens, one-time codes, license keys, or hardware fingerprints with anyone.
2. License and permitted use
Subject to these Terms, ZigZag grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the ZigZag desktop application on devices you own or control, bound to the hardware identifiers associated with your license key.
- Free keys are valid for 24 hours per redemption and are limited to a single device.
- Monthly keys are valid for 30 days and are limited to a single device at a time.
- Lifetime keys do not expire and permit up to two bound devices.
- Hardware rebinds are rate-limited to prevent key sharing (currently one rebind per 24 hours).
3. Payments and refunds
Paid tiers are purchased through ZigZag's Discord server via tickets with PayPal. All sales are final once a license key has been delivered to your Discord DM. If the Service is permanently unavailable within 48 hours of purchase and ZigZag has not delivered a working key, contact support for a refund.
4. Restrictions
- Do not resell, redistribute, or sublicense ZigZag keys or binaries.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, repack, or bypass ZigZag license verification.
- Do not use the Service to attack, degrade, or compromise third-party systems.
- Do not use the Service to automate, farm, or exploit Roblox experiences in violation of Roblox's own terms.
- Do not use the Service in connection with harassment, doxxing, or illegal activity.
Violating these restrictions may result in immediate key revocation, Discord ban, and device-level denial of service with no refund.
5. Third-party services
The Service relies on Discord for authentication and payments, Supabase for license data, Cloudflare for hosting and DDoS protection, and work.ink for free-tier checkpoints. Your use of these providers is subject to their own terms. ZigZag is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"without warranty of any kind. ZigZag disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. Running the ZigZag desktop application may conflict with other Roblox-related software; you accept that risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZigZag will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. ZigZag's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid ZigZag in the 90 days before the claim arose, or $25 USD, whichever is greater.
8. Termination
ZigZag may suspend or terminate your access, revoke your keys, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if ZigZag must do so to comply with the law. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the ZigZag desktop application and leaving the ZigZag Discord server.
9. Changes
ZigZag may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Discord server and reflected by an updated effective date above. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
